Easy, Mr Romney represents the party of the Tea Baggers, Religious Right, Southern Strategy, Reagonomics, Neo-con foreign policies, Anti-choice, anti-public education, anti-health care, anti-middle class, anti-poor, anti-working class, anti-science, Mrs Palin, Mrs Bachmann, anti-union, Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, etc.

I would not want someone representing those groups in the White House.

That is completely inaccurate. Mr Romney is for whatever is convenient this week.

What's the difference between Romney and a statue of Romney?

The statue never changes positions.

why would you settle for either. stop playing into the two party charade.

You'd have a hard time finding where I support the current system. In fact I'd like to see it done away with. That is a matter that involves significant changes that we as a nation do not seem to grasp.

That is also a completely separate issue from the point I'm making. Given the reality of today either Romney or Obama will be President. I don't like either nor the parties they represent, however that does not change who will be elected this term. Looking at the two choices that can win who are selected for us Romney seems to be less likely to do damage to the Constitution by SCOTUS appointment. It's a statement, not an endorsement.

Please link to some of Obama's destruction of 2nd ammendment rights. I've never heard him propose any gun control laws.

No microphone can record the voices they hear in their head. Just gotta take their word for it.
