The best way to decide is to choose the one that leaves the best tasting vomit in your mouth.

I was thinking it'd be the giant douche vs turd sandwich...

You may as well flip a coin. Both guys are being leased out by the same corporations and will perform the same actions if in office. I think Obama will go another 4 years though.

Easy, Mr Romney represents the party of the Tea Baggers, Religious Right, Southern Strategy, Reagonomics, Neo-con foreign policies, Anti-choice, anti-public education, anti-health care, anti-middle class, anti-poor, anti-working class, anti-science, Mrs Palin, Mrs Bachmann, anti-union, Newt Gingrich, Rick Perry, etc.

I would not want someone representing those groups in the White House.

Actually with the 3 choices out there, Newt Gingrich would be the better choice. Obama is causing too many issues, what with forced health care, terrible economy and wanting to destroy the 2nd ammendment and people's gun rights. Mr. Romney, while a Republican candidate, is not too much better on most of these issues.

Please link to some of Obama's destruction of 2nd ammendment rights. I've never heard him propose any gun control laws.

Obama has always been anti gun. Look at all his supreme court appointees. All them are anti gun biased. He is waiting to kill the 2nd ammendment until after he gets his second term. If he did it now, he would have zero chance of relection. But as things stand right now, we do not want him to get another term in the White House. And since some of you can't do searches here are some links:

So what you are saying is no, you can't point to anything he has done to impact the 2nd Amendment, or even proposed to, in 3 years.

Think what you may. It is what he will do IF he gets his second term in Office. Personally, I want him out and an Republican back in the White House. I think we have a good chance of getting him out this year or else, he will go down in history as the worst president ever.

I had a bad feeling that this thread would badly degenerate and I think my premonition is vindicated.

When it comes to the 2012 POTUS voting choices we are likely to have, I still think I can make up my own mind without anyone else guide.

I probably won't vote at all.

Don't really like Obama but he doesn't come off like a bumbling idiot like Romney.

Obama doesn't need to spend a single dollar campaigning. The confused republican part / Romney are the best re-election campaign around.

As I've said elsewhere, between Romney and Obama I'd go with the former because he's less likely to appoint "creative" nominees to the SCOTUS.

Vote.

If you do not like the big two, WRITE IN someone.

Even if they do not exist, the "3rd party" vote will be counted in the stats and let the political parties know that people are dissatisfied with BOTH of them.

Chances are, no 3rd party will be elected, but your message will be heard. the more that do the same, the louder the message will be.

Our 40% participation in the vote is horrible. What, we need an iPhone app to get people to vote now?
