How to deal with morons? (UPDATED)

I drove my upstair neighbor away by complaining to the office continuously by telephones and fax.

I think you should go talk with the management and tell them unless they do
something about this, or you should have the right to terminate the contract without penalty.

That's what we did. Not only did we get rid of the upstair neighbor, we also got the management to waive the penalty. We are set to move at the end of this month.

edit- i dotn think you can beat them at their own game..

if they can listen to the music for 5 hours in their house(which will be louder then to scsi freak) then they can withstand any sonic abuse scsi can throw at them.. and probably scsi will not last long.

I honestly don't understand how mentioning that they are hispanic makes them any more morons then if they were German or French. Loud neighbors who don't care about others come in all races and it does no good to mention it. Just calling them morons woud have sufficed. Still, I can understand your anger because I know what it's like to have people around me like that. If complaining hasn't done you any good there really isn't much you can do. I guess you could just try again and see if it gets you any further.

Move man if you complain to the rental office enough about it you may be able to get out of your lease. My lease has a clause in it hat states the landlord is to provide a safe, peaceful, and habitable enviroment. Check your lease.

Look up renter's rights. If your complex can not do something about it. There must be a way out.
