That is so generic there is no way to answer that. What kind of camera? Digital? SLR? What kind of scene? Lighting?

A faster film will help... blur tends to happen when the shutter speed is too slow, and the movement of the camera is captured on film. These days, most good 400 and 800 speed films will do in any given situation. They are good for low light and fast action, and advances in the manufacturing process have made the graininess issue almost a moot point. If you have a decent camera and good lighting, there could be a probem inside the camera. If you don't have a good camera, that would be the best investment.

All of this is based on a non-digital camera... :)
