How to deal with Auction Scam?

Ok... My girl has been scammed for $2000 (laptop) from an auction on yahoo. We know his name and where he lives... and his email... oh, and his bank account (she wire transfered the money). Anyone have any experience with this matter? Thanks.
 
Call the cops. If it's interstate, contact the FBI. There has to be some reason to keep on paying our taxes.
