How to deal with an armed robber without killing them.

Right, because everybody who robs at gun point simply walks out when they realize nobody cares. There are plenty of video's of people robbing at gun point who shoot to kill.

Either that or very, very few.

There are so many variables here that it is impossible to speak in generalities about 'armed robbers'.

And that goes for HAL, too.
 
Disregarding the political message HAL is trying to send...that's cool. He obviously never intended to shoot anyone though. Can't believe they chased him for 2k and he didn't turn around and shoot any of them.

In the last part of that video when everyone started chasing out the door.... did anyone else get the Benny Hill music playing in there head? I just started imagining that chase around the neighborhood
