How to cure a stiff neck?

my neck's been hurting really bad if I move it to the left...it's pretty annoying because it's been going on for the entire day...any suggestions on how to get rid of it?

HOT shower will cure it for a little while.

Other then that you just gotta wait it out.

Jacuzzi or hot shower works nice.

massage, hot tub, hot washcloth.

or just tentatively stretch it occasionally and it should go away in a few days, providing you don't keep doing whatever made it stiff in the first place. (marylin manson had a rib removed, you know)

well I took a really hot shower and that didn't do anything

a heat pad usually works for me....massage works wonders as well.

see doctor eventually if problem persist.

go to a massage therapist who is really good at neck work.
