How to copy and paste a picture on another web page into Anandtech off topic post?

Hi. Lots of people posting pics in Off topic. I know how to post a web page hyperlink, but i tried copy and pasyting a picture and it wouldnt work doing the same thing. Could some one tell me how to do this basic procedure on windows XP? thank you!
