How to convince your gf to use FireFox?

No.... don't delete the shortcuts to IE. Change the shortcut properties to point to Firefox. Then tell her that IE must have done an automatic upgrade. Problem solved.

My girl doesn't use computers, she abhors them. So, I don't have to worry about it.

When she got her laptop for christmas, I put Firebird on there, and said "Use that. Don't use IE", she said "OK" 🙂

Her lack of interest in computers gives her more time to pursue..."other" interests more deeply.

Rename the FireFox shortcut to "Internet Explorer" and change the icon. Tell her it's the new version of IE, and maybe she won't be the wiser.
