Theres a 1-800 number if you login as a Premier Account otherwise you get 1-402 number :roll:

Yeah, call them and expect to talk to a customer service guy in India who is authorized to do absolutely nothing. And if you are really lucky, he can give you the phone number and/or email address of other Paypal employees who are also unable to help you in any way.

Paypal is completely worthless.
