How to Connect L1 and L7 bridges on Duron CPU's?

I was reading some articles on overclocking Durons, and since i'm getting one in soon I just wanted to know how exactly do you "connect" the L1 and L7 bridges on the cpu? do you have to do this on all durons?

you only have to do it if they were cut at the factory (most are cut) the site above shows good pics of what to do
