Question How to connect 2x 4K120 displays (HDMI only) to GPU with only one HDMI port?

I have a NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Founders Edition, which has 1x HDMI port, 3x DisplayPort.

Until recently, I had a:

• LG 4K144 OLED TV (HDMI only) plugged into the HDMI report
• TCL 4K60 LCD TV (HDMI only) plugged via DisplayPort using the Plugable DisplayPort to HDMI active adapter

This worked fine but I am now replacing the TCL LCD with an LG 4K120 OLED TV, but the Plugable active adapter supports only 4K60.

Any idea how I can connect the second LG display to a GPU that has no HDMI ports left (only 3x DisplayPort) and still run at 4K120?

Get a newer tech DP to HDMI adapter? I saw this one which at least does DP 1.4 to HDMI 2.1 with 4K 120Hz support:

Here's something cheaper, IDK if either have some tweaks needed to get all ducks in a row to make them work as good as possible, read the reviews as some have addt'l info about what they did to reach a happy place:

Customer TVs don't have DisplayPort.
