How To How to connect 2 monitors with different refresh rates to gaming desktop

I want to connect 2 monitors, one is HP 144 hz as main monitor for gaming @1080p and other is Asus 75 hz to a gaming desktop with

CPU: i7-10700, MB: Aus Prime B460, RAM: 32GB and GTX 1070.

I don't think the 1070 can pull off 144hz @1080p for gaming on its own, let alone have a second monitor plugged in
