How to congratulate someone who just got engaged.

just found out a friend on the east coast got engaged. Normally I would take the person out and get some champaign, but considering i am 3000 miles a way, i cant really do that.

whats a good way to congratulate them?

 

Send them a card and maybe a vase full of flowers? You could also send them a singing telegram - they'd love that, I'm sure.
