how to check week of the 3000+

is it maybe written on some sticker on the box, or maybe some software can read it? i'm not really into pulling the rig out and removing the heatsink etc... if i'm forced to do it, is it as hard as on the XP's was, and should i clean it an apply a new thermal compound once removed?

so...

from what i understand, most of the older (dunno what week is considered older) 3000+ winnies have issues with running prime95 even at stock settings....

i hear though that lots of these issues have been fixed with the newer winnies.. but this is all based on what i've heard so i dunno if it's true or not...

there are some good threads over at xtremesystems.org about it....
