How to check if my system is running Dual Channel?

Hello,
Any tools I can download to see if my system is running my RAM in dual channel or single channel? SiSofta Sandra does not tell me.

during bootup, it should metion not only ram amount, but whether it's running in dual channel mode. not sure if there's method during actual usage, that would identify dual channel operation.

if i remember right, memtest also states if you are running in dual channel (this is useful if you have it in your BIOS for testing)
