How to check for 1.1ns memory on a x1900xt?

Is there any way to check it with out taking the heatsink off?

Use Rivatuner? Some other Identification program?

I think this is right:
All the X1900XTX's and X1900XT's use the same memory (as far as I know). Now that may change.

I though that the X1900's used 1.2ns memory not the 1.1ns. They were not made by samsug right?

The X1900XT and X1900XTX both use 1.1ns memory, the X1900 CrossFire edition comes at 1.25ns and the X1900 All-In-Wonder comes in on the bottom end using chips rated at 2.0ns.
