How to change the drive's letter in WinXP?

My drives are all mixed up! I'd like my drives to line up as follows:

HD 1 -- drive C
HD 2 -- drive D

CD 1 -- drive E
CDRW -- dfive D

I cannot find my way to change the drives' letters (I'm using WinXP).

Try Control Panel->Administration Tools->Computer Management->Disk Management
