How to buy XBOX 360 extended warranty?

Usually extended warrenties are sold through the retailer.

If you opt to not buy a replacement plan at Best Buy when you first buy a console, you have 14 days to come back and get one (likewise with all products in our store). Not really sure how Circuit City, Nebraska Furniture Mart, and all those other electronics retailers do it...
 
I bought a replacement plan through Circuit City. It was cheap and thankfully I haven't had to use it after almost a year so far.
