How to break the 860M video? Pls Advise. Thanks!

I have a 860M Mpeg video that i would like to break it into half
so that i m able to burn the video into two CDs
Pls let me know how m i able to break a big video into two smaller ones?

Compress it w/ divx and it'll fit on a single CD.

you shoudl be able to cut it using Adobe Premier

for i do not have those two programs
What else can i use to break that up to fit into 2 cds?
like Microsfot Movie Maker will do?
