I have a Toshiba Portege 3480CT notebook. I want to reinstall the original software in it. For that I need to boot thru a USA floppy drive. I have no idea how to do that. If any one knows how this is done please let me in on the secret.

thanks,

If it has a floppy drive then you should be able to boot from it according from how your bios is set up. A boot disk would give you cdrom drivers that would allow you to install or run the backup from the original software that you have.
