How to block viewing of webcam in a network?

I have a small network here of 6 systems and one server which are connected through a hub. There is a DSL connection and Internet is shared using Win2000 on the server.
I want to know whether I can block access to viewing webcams in yahoo messenger or msn messenger or other chatting softwares. If yes then how? I heard that it can be done using a firewall.
But I don't know which one to install. I need some thing which is flexible and easy to use.
Any suggestions??
Please help.

well it kinda depends on the software that the end user is using. Each software uses different port and needs different way of blocking it.

The easiest is to be honest to the user and unplug the webcam from the computer.

Not an effective solution if he wants to stop the ppl on his network from viewing webcams. The only hardware fix for that would be taking away their NICs or monitors.

I was using winproxy 5.0 for proxy and firewall. But the problem was that there were frequent problems of yahoo messenger getting disconnected and MSN messenger not logging.

By default the port I believe is blocked with internet sharring unless you open it up, if you wanna be safe, just unplug it when u arn't use it, or close the lens cap.
