How to block P2P/Bittorrent from my router (D-Link)

Good Afternoon Ladies and Gentlemen. I am the onsite technician for an apartment complex. I take care of the SMATV headend, and Distibuted free wireless internet. I am experienced at networking and cabling but securing this beast is becoming challenging. I started with only 15 or so users on a terribly designed network. I polished this turd until it shined and I am proud of polished piece of poop. However the fruits of my labor have increased my users to 215 or so. I am now in the process of turning the whole network off and redistibuting passwords to the tenants. My question is this, How do I best secure this network from Bit torrenters and illegal downloaders. I hand out my own ips through a server I built to all of the individual access points. From there each WAP handles all of the Apts on each individual floor. 4 per WAP. I am looking for some software to help me catch these people and turn em off. I tried Lanview but I dont know how to narrow it down to what I need to look for. Any thoughts or links would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
