How to bechmark with Serious Sam and RTCW?

I was just wondering if you guys could help me. I have full retail versions of Serious Sam, Q3A and Return to Castle Wolfenstein. I need to run some benchmarks for a review I'm writing and I only know how to get FPS rates to show up in Q3A. How do I do this in SS and RTCW? Thanks!

I don't know about RTCW......but.....Serious Sam is as follows.

Go to the demo option. Hit the tilde (~) key and type:

dem_bprofile=1 and then hit enter

Then start the demo.

Serious Sam and RTCW are GREAT games....

havent played any online but just the regular story game was fun

i found more info for benchmarking RTCW

the one thing that isn't mentioned, is when its all done you need to hit the tilde key ~ to see the resualts

use RTCW 1.0 or 1.1 to run the benchmarks, i don't think the demo will work with 1.3
