How to batch email a distribution list, one member at a time?

Is there a way to batch email to a distribution list, one email at a time?

Spam filters that see a group of emails may think it's spam...but what if it's legit? we're seeing more and more bounce backs from our weekly publications and we're trying to find ways to get around this.

Is there a program that will batch email to a group of people in a distribution list, one at a time?

We use an email service at work (http://www.e-mailnetworks.com/) which works reasonably well since the spam blacklists know the company does enforce rules for its customers (emails include opt-out links that really work, people must be past customers or must opt-in).

Other than that, MS Office has some "mail merge" features for sending email through Word I think, feeding it an Access table. Or you could get one of the bulk mail programs.
