Tell them to fuck off.

Unfortunately, this is a problem that's annoying enough to try to find a solution, but not so annoying that it's worth giving up the trial and the potential to go there full time.

The Grandcentral idea has potential. If someone has an invite, I'd appreciate it. I'll let you know how that goes, and please leave other ideas (other than telling them to screw themselves).

Wow, so many useful responses. I'm not saying I am afraid to talk to them. I'm saying I don't want to be bothered.

When the first call comes in, tell them you are on the "don't call" list and that it is illegal for them to call you. Also, demand that they take you off their list. Legally, they have to stop calling you.

There is an exception on the DNC list that allows people to call you if you've done business with them in the past year.

But telling them to remove you from their marketing list and they must oblige, or you can file harassment charges against them, I believe.

My vote is also for taking your business elsewhere, if it's that much of a concern. Even a one month trial isn't worth it if you really don't want to be bothered. Are you REALLY going to be in top physical condition and not need to go back after the trial period is over?

Do you have call blocking? Give them a valid number, then block it. Unless, they're using a toll free number (800, 888, etc.) which you can't block.
