How to automatically configure simpleviewer without server side scripts?

There is this flash web gallery here called simpleviewer that I'd like to use, but as you can see, the automatic configuration can only function using a server side script that requires PHP (which my webspace provider does not support).

Is there any possible way you guys know of to do this? Would it be possible somehow to configure it on my computer and then upload the entire thing?
