In this thread, mooseAndSquirrel and corky-g were kind enough to help me with.
I just got around to trying both of them, and alas, neither is fitting the bill.
mooseAndSquirrel's Word solution does what I want except that it numbers every hard return, rather than true paragraphs. 3 spaces? each gets its own line number.
corky-g's does what I want in WP, but only one paragraph at a time (unless I'm missing something?) With several 100+ paragraph documents, this solution is too time-consuming to be much help.
Thanks again to both of you guys for your assistance--can you or anyone else help address these snags, or offer alternative strategies?
