How to add text to Adobe PDF ??????

I have a application that is in a PDF and I wish to file it out on my computer, looks nicer then my handwriting. But I can't find a way to add text. I have Adobe Pro so I thought that would be a easy thing to do, but I guess not?

Tools --> Advanced Editing --> TouchUp Text Tool

There is also an Advanced Editing toolbar with a TouchUp Text button.

dont forget to turn the background of your new text into transparent so it isn't a block of white color
