Using 1 AGP card and 2 or 3 PCI cards will give you separate desktops on each card, but you can drag windows from desktop to desktop. Using a G400 MAX will give you one desktop stretched across two screens, so your toolbar at the bottom will stretch across two screens.
What type of application are you using this for? Internet video conferencing perhaps?

Are there cards out there that will allow me to plug in three or four monitors? Or... how can I accomplish this?
