So for the people who say it's fake, he just grabbed a fish that was swimming and stuck it on his schleckum, or next to it? I'm not insisting it's real, but... it is Russia.

What makes you think the fish was alive/swimming? All I see is him holding a fish and shaking it back and forth. I don't see any indication the fish is alive or actually biting him. The fact that the video does not show us the fish-to-penis separation (and I'm somewhat thankful for that in the grand scheme of things) or the fish alive and flopping around on the ground after is highly suspect.
