At which point... what would you say would be the proper protocol?

a warrant to search my house I suppose. it'd be more proper to force me to entrust them to a family member. some states allow this.

In Missouri they collected a list of CC conceled carry permit holder in the Drivers License department. Then the SSN asked them to send the list and they sent it and probably that was sent to the NSA or other government agencies. This is all based on the Real ID Act. I wonder if every state is doing this?
