According to my favorite part of the otherwise suxorz movie "Deep Blue Sea"
"The perfect omlette is made with two eggs, not three. Some people add milk for texture, this is a mistake!"
I don't know the rest because it changes scenes....
Ok, so I liked the cook character in that movie, I still want the time back that I spent watching it.

However chives are easy to grow and extra sharp cheddar makes everything better except brownies, cake, and cookies.
diced tomatoes are good as long as you grew them yourself

Thanx for helping decide what I should eat next...also while you're making omlettes or scrambled eggs it's really easy to also make some "french" toast on the side.

add egg mix. wait for 20-30 sec. stir once. wipe spatula around edges to fold thin edges inward for clean even omlet. let cook till almost done. heat carry over willl do the rest. make sure whatever filling either is already cooked and or shreded. add to omlet, fold 1/3 over it, flip flap over top on pan release. hold underhand grip. use pasturized eggs for slightly runny
