Called their "warranty" number, 1-800-234-4597, which is just a regular technical support number, and NONE of the options have anything to do with warranty support, and they most certainly don't want to actually TALK to me, thats for sure...

Is there some special thing I must do to talk to a real PERSON?

@#$%^&^*!

Its for a Ti4600 that died on me, btw.

After searching around on google, it seems most people have my problem too... argh!

Thats if you ALREADY have an RMA number... i don't have one, and I can't get ahold of anyone on the damn phone.

I tried the "0" trick already too(where you push 0's and #'s a bunch, usually it will confuse the software and send you to a real person)

try the one option that mentions about a blank screen on gaming issues, then after you hear that, it will ask if you need further assistance, press 2, i believe. i rma'ed mine and got back a blue pcb version, agp 8x
