How the flip do I get the front of my dryer off?

It's a GE model NVL333EY0WW.

The drum needs to be tightened, or something.

Is it just like a stove or whatever, it's snapped on? I can't get it to budge.

It says the front comes off in the little instruction booklet, but doesen't say HOW! lol

Yes, our houses electrical is fscked up.

The problem with our dryer is realitivly new. It's been eating clothes... the drum has become lose, and there's a gap between it and the body of the dryer, where clothes get stuck and ripped. It's noticably loose and saggy, so I want to see if I can tighten it up.

As another stated, pop the top and look for some method that attaches the fron.

There is usually a felt gasket that the drum rides on at the back and the drum also usually has a tension pully. Either item being worn could allow the drum to wobble off its axis and allow clothes to be caught.

Replacement of either item is simple and parts should be available from any appliance replair center.
