... and it just might get you some action later on in the evening.

Oh, you like a "whipped" man. :p

:D

Anyway, the "month anniversary" is a "chick thing". You gotta BE a chick to understand the "logic".

Worst of all (for a guy) is the NEXT morning when you FORGOT that "special day" (the 3 month "anniversary" got me every time) . . . GIRLS, please remind us BEFORE the date . . . after all we're only men.

:p

:D

What's a 1 month anniversary? Isn't that a little too soon? I think at least a 6 month one is ok..b/c 6 months is a long time (at least for most young people). But what would I know...I've never had a relationship longer than a couple months (not counting this one...yet).

But yea...why must you get things for the other person on an anniversary? Shouldn't it just be a celebration of how long you've been together and how happy you've been? Not how much money the person has to spend. I think it would totally be cool to just have a nice romantic home-cooked dinner...and just be together for the day...

sigh...how nice. :)

Just a personal plug to go along with what the women say... my wife (then girlfriend) never mentions anything about an anniversary. She doesn't remember the first time we went out or anything like that. I'm sure she'll remember our anniversary, our first, coming up in June, but I'm not planning on forgetting it, either. The nice thing is that she's never wanted anything.

My guess: Girls who want to celebrate a 1 month anniversary, and guys who will go along with it are probably in high school. Therefore, a special evening at home would probably include the 'rents... Fun.

Ask her when you're gonna get YOUR present for one of these anniversaries ;) :D

LOL,Don't you remember? TGG posted about how he needed to slow down the sex?

Hahaha, this place cracks me up sometimes:)

Guess I missed that thread :)

you need to celebrate prime day "anniversaries"

every prime # day from when you first started going out, you buy her something. so two days later get her something, then on the 3rd day, 5th, 7th, etc.

it'll be expensive at first, but after 5 years you'll barely ever have to buy her anything :p

Just like to say, it IS possible to have a one month anniversary.
If you got together on the 1st of January 2002, then on the 1st Feb 2003 you could have a 1 month anniversary, the year after the end of your first month of being together.
A one month anniversary one month after getting together doesn't work, a month and a year after DOES kinda work.
