How the Can This be?

I was at a website awhile ago. It said it can scan my pc for viruses and other intrusions,,But It showed me my Windoes Xp CD Key???

It said if it can read it,,so can others?

How can I see if it was my CD key?,,,and yes I don't have my original CD anymore. Thanks to solvent.

How can it be? You will never know, since you don't have your CD Key anymore. Unless maybe you call Microsoft tech and give them all the other info. you do have.

Maybe post the link to the site so some of the brave souls here could test it out.

There is an app available that will show you your win2k/XP cdkey. It's not as easy to find as it once was, but it's out there

Well S.O.B. ,your rite about me not having my cd-key anymore. I did a complete reformat again,,,and it would not accept my key.:|

And,,I wish I could remember what site it was,,it was a site that checks for viruses and stuff,and open ports that sorta thing.
