what do you guys / girls think a typical guy's height and weight is ... I'm 5'9 and i weigh 200lbs .. is that normal or overweight?

Unless you are bulked up with muscle, that is overweight.

BTW, I'm 6' 0" and 160 pounds myself.

I don't see many guys less than 6' tall or lighter than about 200 pounds (Which is just an estimate, of course).

Well for people living in the United States ... i think i'm the normal weight ... since all we do is eat fast food when we are on breaks

I usually go by the ole:

For men: 5' 0" - 100lbs, add 6.5 lbs (or 6 lbs for easy quick calculation), for every inch over

For women: 5' 0" - 100lbs, add 5 lbs for every inch over

Ignore the charts that say if you are X height you should be Y weight. Instead, evaluate your body fat percentage.

Overweight, if you are no muscle pack... ;)
I'm 6'2" / 179lbs, more or less ideal, rather high BMI but that's due to more muscles :D
