How soon would you quit a job after horrible working conditions?

why are the people horrible? Is it all of them but you? ....I mean, it might be possible that you are the horrible person. I am saying this because finding another job won't do you any good if you are always surrounded by "horrible people."

I have never left a job without having another one already lined up but if you can afford to do it and think you can get a job before your emergency fund runs out that's up to you.

A ton of stress is a bitch though and can cause very real health issues, especially if you can get a job with similar pay/benefits without nearly as much stress.
