88% of those pardoned recently were connected to Trump. With the ones today, that may have risen, haven’t checked the math yet.

I think Harvey's waiting but Stone got his pardon today, along with a bunch of other Trump slime. Uh, including Manafort and Jared's dad. I think Bannon will get a GOOJF card too.

Yeah, notice he's pardoning his cohorts. He has no social conscience, it's all about him.
 
Personally I don't care who Trump pardons and this was expected and typical of Trump, so instead of the media freaking about this it would be best to just ignore it for the most part. I think going on and on about this just feeds Trump's ego of evil and it makes his base happy whenever the media freaks over something Trump has done. They like making us crazy. Well, I know Trump, we all know Trump and we should not fall for this or play into Trump's game. Besides, none of these crooks receiving pardons will ever have a life, not a normal life. No one will ever hire them, no one will ever appoint them into power unless Donald Trump is elected in 2024, and those pardoned who murdered women and children will be haunted and taunted for the rest of their lives. It will be interesting to see just how many of these pardons end up in suicide down the road. Frankly, all of them were better off in prison getting three meals a day and a roof over their head but now they're screwed thanks to Donald Trump.
 
In Manafort's case he is now possibly exposed to NY state criminal prosecution. Between spending my sentence on home release for the Feds or the prospect of state prison um it doesn't seem like a hard decision.

If there _must_ be such a thing as an executive 'pardon' power (and I really don't see why there has to be), this seems like a more reasonable use of it. Showing compassion to idiots - as opposed to the US excusing its own war-crimes or politicians letting their corrupt pals escape without penalty.
