How soon do episodes appear on Amazon On Demand?

I am looking into ditching Comcast for a Terk HD antenna + Tivo HD so I can pickup what I can't get from the antenna through Amazon OnDemand that is now ported to Tivo. And with the rumor that they are going to be streaming HD this might be a good alternative.
