How should I respond to this buyer?

Ok, I'm selling off this video card (6800nu), and this guy wants to buy it... But he wants this requirement...

"Ok, and if for some reason I get artifacts in Counter Strike source, or battlefield 2, will you let me return it for a refund?"

Should I abide by those rules? I have not tested those games since I don't own em.

lol - hell no. Not without substantial testing including driver/DirectX reinstall and installation and testing on multiple systems. He has to prove that it's the card's fault (defective card) before you should consider any action.

Well I've already have issues with the last 2 trades with video cards...

1st = Same video card, person had artifacts, had to return, and I never got paid, except reimbursted for shipping fee.. I tested it, it works fine!

2nd = I take out the card of my system, I traded, and he has ths x800 issue with power cables, I get it back, same problem... Its damaged and now in RMA...
