How should I overclock my parts

Well, the thing is, since my store says pretty much I'm a noob at overclocking or changing my CAS, I should ask you guys... Beforehand, my CAS was 2-2-2-5 at auto volt, Crucial Ballistix PC3200 on a MSI K8N Neo2 Mobo. It didn't last the memtest. So now I am trying for a different CAS, and should I change the auto volt too? Also, should I change the vcore volts too? Because I am hoping I can get a 5-11% overclock on it.

you push it till it's unstable..then start adjusting the voltages and timings...so if you can oc and not change anything you'll have a better performing system (at least if you don't touch the timings...) The voltage just shortens life and *sometimes* causes more heat...so..yeah. oc till you can't, THEN make adjustments

Sorry, but I'm trying to grasp how you got mem timings of 2-2-2-5 with Crucial Ballistix PC-3200.
on their website I could only find it w/ 2-3-2-6 spec's.
That aside,on the Neo2 Plat. the default memory voltage is 2.5v
Your memory requires 2.8V.The MB goes up to 2.85V
If you overclock you will need to bump it up to 2.85V and see how high of an overclock you can get with that.Ignore the red warning in bios when adjusting the dimm votlage settings.
I have same MB + Corsair XMS-3200XLPT wich is stock rated @ 2-2-2-5-1T and requires 2.75V inout @ stock clock.By default my MB had 2.5V selected wich surprisingly did allow me to POST etc.,but of course I adjusted to the required voltage.
So bump it up to 2.8V like your memory spec's say and set the timings manually @ 2-3-2-6 (not sure wehter your's should be 1T or 2T) and run the memory test and see what you get.
