How should I design my first goat cart?

My wife wants me to make or buy a goat cart.

I'm thinking this simple design is all that I'll need. If I get a Gorilla Cart and fashion something from conduit or wood to replace the handle I should have a workable goat cart. Right?

I just have to research the harness... and get a sturdy goat.

It's cheaper than these dog carts.
