Chop it up and make soup.

Roast it in the oven. That's what I'd do. Pretty simple.

Simple: Thaw the chicken, rinse in the sink under cold water and trim off excess fat, rub with butter, apply a dry rub (even basic salt + pepper works fine), cut a couple lemons in half and plug them into the chicken, bake in 350 degree oven in a roasting pan for (20 min per pound approximately), remove from oven and allow to sit for about 10 min, carve and eat.

Another option would be to thaw the chicken, brine it (do a google search for "brining meat" or similar.....basically just soaking in mild salt solution for a while prior to cooking.....meat will be very tender and flavorful) and then roast it.

Take it out of the freezer and throw it in the microwave on high for a couple minutes. ;)

you still haven't cooked it?!

i'd suggest chopping that sucker up into more edible pieces!

i found a recipe for honey mustard chicken that sounded awesome and i'm going to try next week. honey, mustard, oregano, dried parsley and thyme. roast.

the easiest way to do it is to thaw the chicken in the fridge for a day. put the chicken in a roasting pan. put chicken in the oven. bake. eat.

or you can...throw the chicken in a pot. boil water. let it sit in there for a day, let it get all nice and soft so the meat pulls easily from the bones. you can then just rip the meat off and make chicken and rice, or get some noodles and have chicken and noodles (get fish sauces or some seasoning)

That's a pretty funny mental picture.

Yeah but it works. It's a real recipe called Beer Can Chicken. The evaporating beer flavors the meat very well. It's my preferred way to cook chicken
