And all atx psu fans face down, sucking in air blowing it out the back (except some models with small fans using front to back airflow, like Antec EA-380).

Well, take a look at the PSU mounting holes for ATX cases requiring the PSU to fit in the case-bottom. There are two, opposite diagonal holes for the "odd-ball" screw that violates "rectangularity." Mine is mounted "upside down" as I said . . .
