I'm doing high fat, high protein, and low carbs. Been in ketosis for a few weeks now, about two months. Been following the diet to maintain good glucose levels. Are there any peer reviewed studies I could look over to be better informed? I was only able to find one study from my google searches.

Edit Another reason I'm looking for some peer review paper is to show my parents as they are going through health problems themselves. They keep preaching to me that high fat causes strokes and clogged arteries. Most of my fats come from olive oil, not sure if it makes a difference between bad or good fats but I stick to what is generally considered healthy oils.

Google "peer review studies ketogenic diet epilepsy". I know that's not what you're looking for, but those are the only real keto studies I know of. Lots of articles about keto and stroke

and tons of keto/diabetes forums where you can spend internet light-years researching.

How's your numbers? Hope all is going well.
