I am new - this is my first question and I am moderately familiar with laptops. Bought a Y500 Lenovo with an i7-3632qm chip and 16gb ram but the BluRay optical drive never worked - Lenovo finally sent me what looks like it would fit but can't remove the original optical drive when following ther instructions - since there are screws on the bottom of the laptop as well as the removable module latch, I am wondering if any of the screws need to be loosened or removed so I can remove the bad blu ray drive and install the replacement?
