How rare is it for asians to have blue eyes?

Yeah, too bad I was busy thinking if I shoudl reference Thrawn or Isard and I got the colors backwards. doh. I'm a failure.
 
The only asians who have blue eyes are the descendents of natives of Hokkaido, the northern island of Japan. Note they are not Japanese.

Since Turkey and Russia are both part of Asia im sure there are many Asians with blue eyes.

Thats funny because as a kid I used to put eye color as black because mine are so dark.

If your talking about east Asia, China, Korea, Japan, the original Manchus were descendents of many different tribes including caucasian Russians. Might be a reason why northern Chinese are taller than southern Chinese.
