How popular is Battlefield Vietnam?

Target has it for $14 and since I still enjoy playing the demo of BF1942, I figure I might enjoy this as well. I just don't want to be a loser like I was when I got UT2K3 and there's barely any servers available. What really killed it was when UT2K4 came out.

BFV has people on servers, but who knows how long it will.

BF2 is coming out, and it is far better than BFV. BFV was a marginal improvement over BF1942, and some people still preferred BF1942, but BF2 looks signifcicantly better. I'd say the outlook on BFV servers doens't look very good.

I have both BF & BFV I like BFV better, but if you plan on buying BF 2 you might not want to get it because you'll be playing BF 2 all the time, but it's good I payed 30 for it about a month ago lots of people still playing it.

fun game, best music of any game, but the future is BF2 and i believe it will be more popular than BF:V and BF1942 combined.

there are features of BFV that I miss in BF2. namely the ability to pickup vehicles with helicopters and cool music. but BF2 is gonna be awesome.

Bfv is broken. Air is everything. Ground means nothing. Bf2 seems to be more ballanced. My opinion.

Yup, I'm very pleased with the Infantry in BF2 demo. Never played BF V, but Infantry in BF1942 really sucked and was to be avoided at all costs.

CompUSA has it for $50 with a $15 mail in gift card. Not exactly the same as $35.

Fry's is going to have it for $40.
